I really look forward to it. It is always so uplifting and wonderful and keeps me connected to what is true in me and in this life. Thank you for this week’s blog. As a mother, it is so good to be reminded to be present. It is too easy to get overtaken by multitasking and miss the precious lessons and moments with my children. They get so much joy out of eating a cookie and it might take 5 minutes or more to eat just one oreo. When was the last time you did that as an adult?
